Futures Brightened through Helping Hands
From 2009-2010, the Foundation sponsored the Futures Brightened through Helping Hands initiative. This program aimed to relieve some of the financial hardship experienced by disadvantaged students seeking higher education. The Foundation covered a portion of the learning and living costs of university students who demonstrated scholastic excellence, leadership potential and financial need. We also encouraged scholarship recipients to give back to their communities through volunteer charity work and participation in public welfare activities.
